Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan's Purse. It is a hands-on way for you to bless children in need across the world by filling shoeboxes with toys, personal care items, school supplies, and fun gifts.

The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God's love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan's Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations.

Our goal this year is 1000 shoeboxes!!

We will kick off Operation Christmas Child on August 31st at 10 am by folding boxes, and we need your help.

Trinity Women's Ministry will then have a luncheon on Tuesday, September 10th at 12 noon to officially start the shoebox collection. The luncheon is a covered dish dinner and we are asking everyone to bring their favorite dish from around the world. We are hoping to represent all the different countries where the shoeboxes are distributed.

National Collection Week for the shoeboxes will be November 11-18, 2024.
